Melanie joined the RE/MAX team in 2008 because she recognized that it was a successful and rapidly growing company that would be the best fit for her and her clients.
Melanie often attends conferences and conventions for constant personal and professional growth to keep her education and skills current. Over the years she has learned how to utilize social media to maximize her productivity.
Real estate isn’t just a career for Melanie, it’s a passion. Business and marketing is in her blood, stemming back to the days when she worked at Klondyke (Kelders) Farms, a successful, family owned and operated farming business just outside of Grand Bend.
On a personal note, Melanie loves the outdoors. Growing up near The Pinery Provincial Park, and now residing in the country just outside of Forest, she spends a lot of time hiking, camping and exploring nature. And when she isn’t hiking with her golden retrievers you might see her out riding around on her motorcycle.
Mark Armitage, Broker
Mark grew up on a century-old fruit and vegetable farm (Armitage Orchards) just outside of Forest where with his wife, Brenda, took over the farm and then raised their two daughters there as well. His farming roots instilled in him the values which he has carried into his real estate career. Honestly, integrity, and a down-to-earth approach are important to him. Mark prides himself on professionalism, experience and trustworthy service, whether he is dealing with a residential, a recreational, or a rural property. On the farm, he grew up learning that it is important not only to plant the seeds, but also to care for the product, bring it to market and support it afterwards. In real estate, this means listening to the customer and nurturing the business relationship by searching, advertising, communicating and delivering the appropriate result. In the agricultural community, integrity, honesty, experience and customer satisfaction is expected. Mark challenges himself in getting the best for his clients.
Karli is the newest addition to the RE/MAX Lambton team, and her fine eye for social media, and new, modern approach to the online world is the perfect asset. Karli has lived in Lambton Shores her entire life! From growing up in Ipperwash, enjoying the best sunsets and sandy beach, to living just outside of Forest in a fixer upper farmhouse with her husband – the small town life is the life for her. Karli’s family has owned and operated local landscaping company, Caughy Enterprises, for over two decades, and she has also been a working member of this community for many years, under many hats. As a high school student, a post-secondary student, and then as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner within local schools and agencies. She is evidently very passionate about the community’s well-being, and although real estate has always been an interest, she’s now made it her career and goal to help others achieve that same cherished small town lifestyle!
